Since taking on the role of Chief Executive Partner of Thomson Geer more than 10 years ago, Thomson Geer has grown to become a major national firm that's seen as a genuine challenger brand. We've done this by investing in people and culture and engaging with the legal, business and political classes that shape our nation.
From July 1, 2022, our practice areas focussed on volume needs for institutional clients was consolidated into a new division known as
"TG Legal + Technology".
This division includes our recoveries and resolution work for major financial institutions, national volume property leasing and recoveries, aged care rollovers, and workers and statutory compensation. They are complex areas of the law requiring specialised skills to deliver services for clients with high volume needs and a low threshold for errors.
With bespoke training for staff, incentive structures that reward results for clients, strong systems and analytics, we are evolving into a modern, technology-enabled service provider.
The TG Legal + Technology team includes 10 senior Principal Lawyers, all former Partners of Thomson Geer, and around 90 staff.
