Admitted to practice in 2015, Tom has a breadth of experience in personal injury and insurance litigation in Victoria. He has represented clients including WorkSafe Victoria, the Transport Accident Commission, and injured workers and claimants in all aspects of personal injury law, claims made pursuant to the Wrongs Act 1958, and statutory recoveries of no-fault compensation from negligent third parties.

Tom manages a large and broad portfolio of matters and disputes on behalf of WorkSafe Victoria, its Authorised Agents, employers, several authorised self-insurers, and the Transport Accident Commission in relation to statutory 'no-fault' benefits and common law damages claims. Tom's advice is also regularly sought by his clients regarding matters of complex claims management. Tom is experienced in representing his clients in all Courts and Tribunals in Victoria, both issued out of Melbourne, and out of country circuit Courts.
