Samantha joined the firm as a law clerk in 2015 while she completed her studies and was admitted to practice in 2020.

Samantha principally acts for the Victorian WorkCover Authority, its authorised insurers and employers in a range of matters including serious injury applications, common law and statutory benefits claims and damages proceedings.

She has experience in both physical (including dust diseases) and complex psychiatric conditions as well as managing multi-defendant actions. Samantha also acts for self-insured clients.

Beyond managing her own extensive file load, Samantha enjoys pro-bono work and working closely with her mentors on their own proceedings.
