Pip is key member of our National Resolution, Recoveries and Disputes Team. Her work focuses on advising on a broad range of mortgage collections recovery and restructuring matters, including property law, mortgagee sales of properties, dispute resolution and insolvency.

Her main clients are major banks and other financial institutions.

Pip's diverse and extensive experience allows her to assist and advise clients on a broad range of matters in the banking and finance and recovery area, including managing a large portfolio of financial services work; allegations of maladministration, fraudulent or lending allegations; and participating in mediations and negotiations on behalf of her clients.
