Phillip Barone commenced his career as an articled clerk in 2015. He was admitted to practice in early 2016. He practices in insurance litigation and workplace injury and acts predominantly for the Victorian WorkCover Authority and its insurance agents.
Phillip has acted for clients in the Magistrates' Court, County Court and Supreme Court of Victoria. He has experience in defending Serious Injury Applications in the County Court and defending common law claims for damages.
