In this edition, the Victorian Government is introducing reforms aimed at better protecting workers from sexual harassment. One of the reforms includes restricting the use of non-disclosure agreements for workplace sexual harassment, which are often used to silence victims and protect employers. The Government has also accepted a recommendation to treat sexual harassment as an occupational health and safety issue.

The newsletter also includes our usual round-up of practice notes, cases and legislation.
